Peter Sheppard - Director

With over 25 years of experience in senior management and consulting roles, Peter is a skilled facilitator and advisor. He has worked in a variety of industries, including energy, transportation, telecoms, banking, defense, and electronic manufacturing, and has proven that his expertise is transferable between sectors.

Peter has led and facilitated various change initiatives and programmes, including the introduction of digital technology in the energy sector and transformational change efforts in organisations related to railway operations and air traffic control. He is skilled at identifying the needs and goals of a company and aligning projects and initiatives to achieve them, while also ensuring that clients don't get sidetracked by pet projects or flashy technology.

In addition to his engineering degree from Cambridge University, Peter holds an MBA from Cranfield and a marketing diploma. He is a Chartered Engineer and a member of the Institution of Engineering and Technology.
